About the Art Show:

At The Australian Cowgirl, we are passionate about all things equine and all about promoting and supporting women in all aspects of the equine world.
​
There are so many talented equine artists out there, in all mediums such as pencil, watercolour, oil, sculpture, photography and so much more.
​
The Art Show aims to give these artists a platform to showcase their talent, in an exhibition format.
​
The Art Show will Run for the 3 days at Australia's Greatest Horsewoman 19th-21st April 2024 at Tatura Park, Tatura Victoria. The Art Show will be held in the Wilson Hall.
​
About The Sale:
​
The Art Show Artwork will be for sale if listed by the Artist, all Artwork for Sale will be priced and available to be purchased throughout the show and collected at the end of Australia's Greatest Horsewoman by the Purchaser.
Purchasers will be required to finalise their purchase at the Event Secretary's Office, throughout the event and the item will be marked as sold, and will remain on display. A Small processing and admin fee will apply to each sale of Artwork. (Please note there is no commission charged on sold artwork) The Artist must provide The Australian Cowgirl with Bank Details for transferal of payment for any Sale no later than 2 weeks post event.

How To Enter:

The registration form must be filled out and payment submitted prior to 7th April 2023 No Late Entries accepted.
​
An Artist Can submit up to but no more than 3 pieces of Artwork into The Australian Cowgirl Equine Art Show
​
A Non Refundable Entry free of $70 for the 1st piece of Artwork and $60 for the second piece and $50 for the Third piece of Artwork (with a maximum 3 Entries.) applies.
​
The Artist receives one Non Transferable Single Day General Admission Pass to Australia's Greatest Horsewoman for Thursday 18th April Valued at $65
​
All Equine Art Show Entries will receive a line listing in our Event Program with the Name of your Art, the Artists Name and the Price of the Artwork .
​
An advertising space can be purchased in the Event Program to add an image of your artwork. This is a flat $50 fee per piece of artwork.
​
Parts of but not full Images of your artwork may (but not guaranteed) be added to our social medial posts. We aim to show glimpses of artwork.
​
By submitting your entry form you grant permission to The Australian Cowgirl to display artworks in the Exhibition.
​
The Prize & Presentation:
​
The Australian Cowgirl Equine Art Show offers the opportunity for all artworks submitted to be entered into "The Equine Art Prize" to win up to $2000 in Cash & Prizes. This will be broken down by an Overall Prize (Judged) and a Peoples Choice Award. Presentation of the Winners will be held during presentations on the final day of Australia's Greatest Horsewoman. (Sunday 21st April)

About the Art:
​
Artwork is to be no larger than 1.2m x 1.2m in size
Artwork can be Mounted or Stretched, Sculptures must be pre mounted (not requiring erection on site).
All Artwork must be clearly Marked on the reverse side with; Artist Name, Title of the Art Piece, Contact Details and Sale Price.
All Artwork must be ready to hang.
A Multi Panel Piece of Artwork can be considered as one piece providing it doesn't exceed the maximum size, multi panelled work must come with photo and clear instructions on mounting.
The Artist must be sole owner of the artwork, should an exact reference from another professional artist or photographer be used, it is required that the artist will need permission from the copyright owner. The Australian Cowgirl accepts No Liability in the publication of unlawfully reproduced art.
Please provide a brief description of the inspiration behind the Artwork provided and a brief Bio on the Artist. This will be displayed with artwork at the art show.

Delivery & Collection of Art:
​
Artwork is to be Delivered to Tatura Park Equestrian Centre - Wilson Hall between 5pm and 6pm Tuesday 16th April or 3.30pm-4pm Wednesday 17th April or 3.30pm-4pm Thursday17th April.
Should you choose to have artwork sent by courier or post they would be required to be sent to P.O. Box 99 Bonnie Doon Vic 3720 but must be received at this address prior to 18th March.. Artwork is NOT insured by The Australian Cowgirl, while in our possession. You are required to provide your own insurance for your artwork.

Should your Artwork not be for sale or not sell at the show, you will be required to collect your artwork between 4 pm and 5pm on Sunday 21st April or between 9am and 10am on Monday 22nd April.
Unsold artwork that is not picked up can be returned to the artist at the expense of the artist. This can be done via Australia post with all postage and insurance costs covered by the artist.
